Our History

Balhaire is a Costa Rican capital company, considered an SME enterprise.

Engineer Francisco Fallas Madrigal, president and director of the Company with more than 25 years of experience in the mechanical, air conditioning and ventilation area; In 2003 he took his first steps in the Certified Balance Process, in a highly prestigious project in the hotel branch in the North Pacific of Costa Rica, technically supporting international companies certified in Balance. He continued his development in the research of the Balance process and was certified as a NEBB professional in 2010. Since then and until today, Balhaire de Costa Rica, hand in hand with Mr. Fallas, develops various projects in the residential, hotel, medical devices, and electronics among others, planning to diversify technical services in the future.

On October 13, 2017, Balhaire was born as an internationally certified company. Small and medium-scale projects began to be carried out in the country. In 2018-2019, services were provided to clients outside our borders. Balhaire is currently present in organizations with recognized global experience in the electronics, medical devices, hospitals, hotels and residential areas, always reinforcing our work with solid technical support and in accordance with international guidelines of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau Organization ( NEBB for its acronym in English), globally accepted as process director in the Systems Balancing part.
